° A non-guaranteed reservation will respect a period of 48 hrs. on weekdays (Sun to Thu); and until the 18: 00hrs. of the booking date on weekends (Fri to Sat)

° A credit check is made to the credit card when the booking is made.

°Cancellations are accepted via email contacto@flordemayo.mx at least 72 hrs. prior to arrival.

° The cancellations received less than 72 hrs. to guest arrival will be subject to the charge of one night plus tax.

° In case of early departure, the hotel will charge 50% of total unoccupied nights.

° Cancellations do not apply with promotional rates (no refunds or exchanges).

° Check-in 15:00hrs
